MedSync is not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. While MedSync will always keep your health related data private, MedSync may be asked to share your provided health-related information. If so, MedSync will ask you to sign a HIPAA waiver. In no case will MedSync share your health-related data unless you have executed our HIPAA waiver request.
